Rouge Laque - Bourjois

I was out browsing around in Boots a few weeks ago now and came across a new release of lipstick by Bourjois - Rouge Laque.

Having and still enjoying the Rouge Edition Velvet liquid lipsticks, I thought I would give these a whirl.

There is an offer on at the moment 3 for 2 on Bourjois and they are on an introductory price of £6.99 each until 12th April 2017.

Getting onto the good stuff, the formula is very pigmented but still light and is not patchy on application. It dries down quite quickly but doesn't "set" like a matte liquid lipstick, it gives more of a cream lipstick finish.

As you can see here in the photo, it is NOT transfer proof like the Rouge Edition Velvet or other matte liquid lipsticks.

It doesn't feel drying, and does last a good few hours, but if your drinking or even worse eating it will disappear. However, they do stain, so I would think that over lining with this is not a good idea, as it could make you look as if you have chapped lips once it wears off.

All in All, I do like these new lipsticks as it has a shiny finish without being overly glossy. They come in 8 shade mostly nudes, pinks and reds, and they last a fairly decent amount of time. So snap them up while their still on offer.
