Where to get it?

I've been watching lots of different channels on You Tube of Beauty bloggers. One thing most of them have in common is that they are American. Tati (Westbrook) being my favorite, but I also watch Nikki Tutorials, Patrick Starr and MasiJesi Beauty. I've watched quite a few different beauty and makeup bloggers, some even UK based but I just seem to like the presentation and descriptions that these particular bloggers use.

The only problem I have found is that alot of the "Drugstore" brands that they talk about aren't available in Boots or Superdrug.

So I did a bit of investigating in Cardiff to find out what brands I could get locally.

The Beauty Studio by Superdrug

This store is usually very busy but I got there early enough that they were still re-stocking the stands.

In the Cardiff branch which I believe is quite big they currently stock the following Makeup brands:

Rimmel

Maybeline

Revolution

The Balm

Max Factor

Gosh

Sally Hansen

Lottie

Essie

Barry M

Revlon

Sleek.

Boots

Again Boots is usually pretty busy but again I was early enough that they were still restocking.

The Cardiff Boots currently stock the following makeup brands:

Clinque

Liz Earl

No. 7

Dior

Estee Lauder

Channel

Lancome

Bare Minerals

Benefit

YSL

Elizabeth Arden

Smashbox

These stands I would not class as drugstore brands but thought I would list them as you can buy them there.

NYX

Max Factor

Loreal

Bourjois

Sally Hansen

Barry M

Maybeline

Rimmel

Revlon

Seventeen

Sleek

Soap & Glory

Collection

Natural Collection

They also sell Origins, This Works, Philosophy and Clarin which are all skincare makes not makeup.

I also popped into the normal Superdrug store to see if they had anything different.

Rimmel

The Balm

Maybeline

Sally Hansen

Max Factor

Lottie

Collection

Loreal

Bourjois

Barry M

Revlon

Gosh

MUA

Miss Sporty

Models Own

Revolution.

Alot of the American beauty vlogs mention Wet and Wild, Milani, Coty Airspun, Physicians Formula, J Cat, Circa Beauty, ELF, all from the Drugstore, which UK beauty departments don't carry.

However, I have discovered a website that carries all of the above makes and don't charge a fortune for them. The website is called www.BestBeautyShop.co.uk

I don't have a discount code for them as I am not sponsored by anyone to recommend the website, but they do, do Free delivery, which is great as I hate paying for postage and packaging.

They also sell brands such as Kat Von D, (which doesn't launch in the UK until 2017 at Debenhams), Morphe, Hourglass (now I know John Lewis is stockist for Hourglass but they don't have a stand in the Cardiff branch), Lip Ink, Milky Piggy (technically not makeup but they do have some fun skincare stuff that you can't get anywhere else) and they also stock Anastasia, along with loads of the more accessible brands that you can get at Boots and Superdrug.

So I wish you all happy hunting for those makeup bargains xoxo
