My Temple Spa Cleansing Routine.
So as I mention in my "About Me" section I am a Temple Spa Consultant.
This means that I run classes to show people what products are best suited to their skin type and how to use them.
It's great fun and a fab girl's night in.
I actually use the products myself. They are not tested on animals (I'm a great believer in this) and they are not ultra expensive. Probably about the same as Liz Earl, Elemis and the like.
I'll do a quick run through of the products I use in my daily cleansing routine.
Be Gone - facial cleanser
The cleanser is white in colour and has a bit of an odd texture. It's smooth and elastic. It contains basil, aubergine, olive, liquorice, cucumber, apricot and vitamins A&E.
It has a very delicate fragrance despite all the powerful ingredients.
This cleanser is for sensitive skin and I have no problem using it twice a day and it's great at removing make-up.
Toning Essence - toner
There is no alcohol in this product, smells really fresh and leaves your face with that squeaky clean feeling without the dryness I get with other toners.
until I used this one I tended to leave out toner from my cleansing routine as my skin just felt uber tight, which not what your aiming for.
It contains tomato, lemon, orange, melon, rosemary, basil, mandarin, lime and ginger. It reads a bit like a shopping list I know.
Moisture Matte - moisturiser
This moisturiser is for oily skin and leaves you with a matte finish. I can attest to that.
It leaves your skin feeling soft and silky, just like cashmere, without any shine.
This is a great moisturiser if you have oily and acne prone skin as it has several ingredients that have anti-antibacterial properties.
It contains bergamot, pomegranate, apricot, myrtle, lemongrass, anise, and vitamins A & E.
This what I'm using at the moment and it all feels great on my skin. I'll probably have to change it up come the winter when my skin tends to get a bit dry.
But for the moment it's working and as they say "if it's not broke, don't fix it" :D
